    The syringes I use the needle is much wider than a hypodermic needle, I suspect the wider needles to clog up less. As there is really no danger in this I freely through mine in the trash after they break.

    Butane will work fine as a solvent. ;) Other than that I beleive THC is very soluble in acetone and moderately soluble in alcohol.

    Not to long ago I tried the popcorn tek and all inoculated jars succumbed to mold. :( This was expected though because the syringe needle plugged up and I had to take tops off jars and drip spores in.

    Do what God said wait another 2 weeks. I would think if you don't see anything you didn't inoculate right/they weren't spores/substrate is wrong. Personally I think it's infected and will only grow unwanted mold if anything. :idea:

    What I would do is just go spend $2-$5 and buy a 'Postal Scale' which is just a handy little analogue scale usually weighs up to 1-2oz by .1g, weigh it out while you are there if he won't and call him out on it. TBH = to be honest, btw God. ;)
