    maybe the experience of the trip is so different from "normal life" that your mind makes you believe that the experience was outside yourself, trying to force you to stay "normal"? Could be a defence reaction.

    I feel you, IJesusChrist. I can't claim feeling this so strong but the state of awareness has many fearsome features. Numbness often remains as the solution - but I have not really found one. Good luck.

    In the given situation that I will die in 24 hours - yes, indeed. I wonder how people would react having their life-clock wearing around their wrist and constantly being aware of it...tick-tack-tick-tack, your life is getting shorter, buddy! I think people would appreciate their lives much more.

    ...yes, agree. But that again depends on the age of the child. Age 10 would be the ABSOLUTE minimum I think, the older the better IMHO. Below that, kids have no...intelligent capacity to understand what you say.

    Yes, but what I find is rather important is, that a trip from the outside looks quite weird and may even strengthen the alienation to drugs. I know I am exaggerating but if a kid sees you - lying around, with absent-minded eyes, barely moving, smiling stupidly etc.

    I heard that it helps on the edge of the bubbles but not in the middle, which goes by unfiltrated. I am not sure though - I mean, there is particle motion which is pretty fast at that temperatures, so actually every particle should collide with the edge and therefore be filtrated by water.
