YEs i am agree with u because every food has its own nutritional values . i am also vegetarian and i eat meat because of some health issues . That's why i try to take some vitamin in pills forum . Now i ithink my body have alos deficient for Zinc . Because i am not eat meat since last 3 years .
You have a computer ? OK anyway it should be bad depending how much time u spend on it . It u work more on computers then u've needed to get a protection screen on ur monitors .

As u told that sometimes we have self control on it but still sometimes we just can't cope with it and then we will have to take some medicine for get rid of this . if u will not take any medicine for it then it will keep hurting u and i dont think so that it's a good option . Thanks
Just dont do those thing that caused u to stressed out . And i've heard that yoga is best exercise for mental and muscles relaxation with consuming less enegry . Try to eat more vegetables and drink more fresh fruits juices . Hopefully soon u'll be able to cope with it . BEst of luck
