A dose is 1 gramm or more . Roast them , powder them very fine and mix them with something alkaline like chalk or ground up sea shells / snail shells and sniff them !!! Or powder them fine and use them as an enema !!! Maybe you could powder them fine and try to smoke them .

That's a lot of crap to snort. A whole lot. I found smoking effective, but needed a large bong to kill the burn and allow enough to be consumed in a short interval. Usually two or three large bowls, smoking one after another.
Roasting is a good way to prep the seeds for smoking as well, just don't overdo it cause you'll burn away the goodness. In a covered frying pan heat the seeds till they pop, then grind and smoke.
