It seems there are lots of encouraging articles on the (psycho)therapeutic benefits of psychedelics in scientific publications lately. As current teenagers draw media attention towards the "deadly drug" Salvia (see the Moron Show with Mike and Juliet), away from the classical psychedelics it seems the new trend amongst intellectual journalists is to write positive articles on the potential benefits of LSD, MDMA, Iboga and mushrooms. Recently another short article was written about Sasha Shulgin's work.

See Sasha Shulgin in the Scientific American.

Will this trend continue? If so, how on Earth will they continue to justify their irrational war on recreational and mystical drug users? If these substances are not "ruining the kids", then what gives the authorities the right to lock up the people who derive benefit from them?

CaduceusMercurius a dit:

It has never ruined kids, not in the 60's and not now. But it has led to altered mind perceptions that are in contrary with the motion of capitalism.

After all, what if half of the world wants to safe all the green? Those with influence and money to manipulate won't get further in their desires to accomplish 'big business'.

Ironically, nearly all governments worldwide have listed LSD amoung other psychedelics as substances with 'unpredicable effects'. That's the only thing they could come up with it.

The truth is, with psychedelics the human mind is ultra postively altered and tends to look through every hidden truth. And blindness on a large scale is what leeps the elite in charge.

A true free state of mind on a large scale, makes every censorship impossible. And one wants to know the goal of what his it doing instead of just accepting what's asked from society's pressure.

interesting article. but there's a question buzzing in my head: why should it be a trend now ?
this things don't happen by chance or by divine intervention, magically disguised as "global awareness". these things happen because there is hidden interests by someone.
oh, and don't forget to buy your new "save tibet" shirt. perhaps it is made in...you know where.
