question: kanna smoke dosage

Hi there,
i got some kanna smoke today, a 1,8 gr vial. I know that you have to smoke it, but does nebody know how much i should put in a joint?

If you want to smoke sceletium take about 200mg. The best way to use is insufflation, if your nose can stand it. This way you need about 100mg.

but i've got a special kind of kanna i guess, it's called kanna smoke, and it's from smartlab. neways, smoking 200 mg isn't much of an effect.

Does it contain anything else besides Sceletium tortuosum leaves ? If not I think the best thing you could do is just try a higher dosage or use the insufflation method, I expect Smartlab sells a good quality kanna.

I ordered an ounce of this stuff a couple of months ago. I've been puffin' like 2 grams at a time, with absolutely no effect. It's a real crappy herb..you got ripped off just like I did.
