Since 1st January 2010 there is a new drug law in Czech Republic, a small country in Europe (not far from my place 
):
You are allowed to have up to 15g of marihuana, 4 xtc, 5 hits of lsd, 1g cocaine and 1.5g heroine with you. that's much more compared to the amounts you are allowed to own in the Netherlands. production and selling is still forbidden. But there are already clubs for smoking etc.
I just have a German article, but I already mentioned the most important facts:
