This is my first Salvia trip ever. I have waited for this not very long, but enough
to comprehend how important She is before I try. This sounds akward, but it
is somehow true: I am an active member of SalviaD mailing list, a reader of
all I could find about it and I am currently translating “sagewisdom’s user’s

You are very lucky indeed: meeting with Lady Salvia in your first trip, I'm still looking for her

Although I have had some very inspiring trips using salvia...

I think it shows how important it is that you are in the right setting, with the right sitter and some peaceful music.

Maybe the difference with you and your girlfriend is the leaves you smoked before the extract ? This could have heightened the level of salvinorin. But anyway I think people react very differently to salvia.
