It is no 'serious' answer, but since yesterday we've got Baby-tv on our cable!
It is total psychedelic television, mandela's moving, aquariums with fish, leaves in the wind, colors of paint mixing, just elefants walking, shapes tranforming, etc etc. Classical sort of music playing on the background, it is just so clean of judgement it's hypnotizing.

At night, BabyTV broadcasts soft music and gently moving visuals designed to help soothe waking babies and create a calm atmosphere in the home

Others i liked :

• The dvd from Moby ("Play" : Megamix)
  A 90-minute megamix, accompanied by psychedelic visuals
  Alien Dreamtime can be great, but there is story/lyrics in them
  Baraka, blueberry, waking life, etc: but these i can never understand tripping

I liked Zoolander on mushrooms
Imax - Alien Adventure: is great fun stoned, rollercoaster rides

Animal planet can be nice too sometimes, but not when the trip starts to get a bit bumpy , then I rather not pay attention to the TV 8)

I find that any movie is great. It doesn't matter how good or bad it is, when I'm tripping I can always find some deep meaning.

Apocalypse Now, the redux version, I watched that after a mixture of Cannabis and Salvia and went into a crazy trance. I came back to reality when the film ended, only I was sat facing a corner on the otherside of the room.

Fear 'n Loathing in Las Vegas, but you'd have to be experienced and have a high freakout-threshhold, 'cause friends of mine couldn't handle it with only 30 grams of mushrooms

But OTOH one of my best ever trip-experiences was eyes closed, but with the last part of Predator playing, when it's just Arnie and the predator, no speech just mad sound effects and explosions, very trippy 8)

I once watched Koyaanisqatsi in the comedown of a mushroom trip. Incredible. No actors, no words spoken, just beautiful pictures and very nice music by Philip Glass. A must-see.

Yeah man that is so trippy, also very relaxin
They have those crazy grapics bubbles, flames you name it.
Normaly i dont like watching TV while i'm trippin but Baby TV is the best thing you can have on your tv in the background.
