kava caps 30% extract

Have a pot with 30 % extract from Azarius. Took 2 the first time with no effect, second time i took 8 and still no effect. How much should one take to get the desired effect?

The Kava is a product wich you should use for a longer period of time, at least one week every day. (not a very high dose of course)
