How long does Ayahuasca last if sealed?

Well for many reasons, but mostly because life has been very hectic over the past 3 years, I have an Ayahuasca batch sealed that's been in the fridge for roughly 2 1/2- 3 years. I'm ashamed enough that I treated mother ayahuasca this way, so please don't make me feel worse! haha. I've never once opened it and looks completely fine, no mold or anything odd, just can see it all settling in layers. So I'm wondering if there's any chance it could still be any good? I'm in desperate need of some healing right now. I guess it will be interesting if I do end up using it, if it's good or bad I'll still be throwing up Any advice is appreciated, thanks all!

Freezer.

Ayahuasca out of fridge/freezer can mold after some days/weeks. Maybe if you close it very well and jar is very clean, it can stay fine, though it will for sure ferment. Fermenting raises pH and creates alcohol, so you should boil it down to evap the alcohol before drinking if so.. But anyways you dont want to risk mold (happened to me), so ideally store it in the freezer or at least fridge.
