Hallucinogenic Plants and seeds info help

Hello shroomy people!Been wondering through azarius trip "menu",and saw 2 things that made me curioushalaris Arundinacea (wich contains dmt),and Yopo seeds (wich is the natural dmt source).My questions are,if is possible to experience dmt with any of these substances by theirselves,or if it is necessary to extract dmt from them by any ways,and wich dosage and usage is normally recommended?Since i couldn't find any info on these substances,i would like if anyone could give me some hints on these,has anybody experienced them? Thanks.

Yes, you can extract the dmt. I've personally never done it, it seems very hard, and you need to get your hands on some chemicals.
