Does anybody knows the dose to use edible lime on betelnuts?
Man ... i used just a pinch and my whole mouth is wasted ... cant eat a sandwich dammit. and on erowid or azarius/ maya etno they say you use 1/2 gram???? cant believe it

My only experience with lime was when I made the mistake of snorting it with yopo. JESUS! that shit hurt.

but you have to use the lime to make betel more active, but i dont know how much... i already used a little bit,,, but it burned al my inside of my mouth.... cant even drink a beer... brrrr

if you were to put the lime in a capsule swallow it then chew the nut would it still mix in your stomach?

I think that would be possible. But i think one sould be carefull with that. Because the lime is very alkyde And too much of the material concentrated in one place of the stomach maybe damaging . I now know one should use like 5% lime on the amount of betelnut. The mistake i made was that i used like that amount but..... i did not well powder it and "little chunks" concentrated in certain places in the mouth, damage its tissue...
This is the first day i dont " feel" the "burned"spots in my mouth

i just thought of this, the hillbillies around here will soak things in lye to soften and purify them before they eat whatever it happens to be. lye is also very dangerous but if used properly can be a great tool. i'll see what i can find on the subject and post it.

Eating yopo with lime doesn't work. Why, cause MAOi from liver. I think cause never snorted yopo that lime is catalyst which speed up absorption to the blood. And also you have larger quantities of yopo-lime powder. Sometimes is diluted combination better from 100 percent one. Similar to cocaine and crack(of course there is a catch that crack is freebase but you get the point)
