drying ?

it's kinda weird...is it possible that mushrooms after a week starts to dry in the fridge ?
well they ate them anyway...seems nothing wrong with it

mushrooms loose moisture really fast , in fact some coffee shop owner got sued a short time ago for selling "dried" mushrooms, which is illegal in holland

if i'm not mistaken, he got off the hook since he managed to proove that it's hard to define when a mushroom is dried or not , especially because they do loose moisture relatively fast... and if he didn't intentionally dry mushrooms, eg , they dried real fast even in a fridge , then they couldn't book him for actively drying then
