Daoyin Neigung (chi gong)

Daoyin is Chinese medicinal yoga. the clip is of around the first 2/3rds of the full routine and the rest doesnt appear to be on youtube.

I've done som Great Stork Qi Gong, a couple of classes.
Wasn't really my thing.

But i'd like to study it further, and make my own notion of it! I guess.
I just like moving randomly lol.
