Algerian Blend

When i smoked Algerian Blend I feld no effect.
I'm a non-smoker. When i smoked Algerian Blend i did it with a bong.
I put the stuff in the basket en hold the flame ond it. Then i inhaled it. I did this 3 times, but i feld nothing.
What did i do wrong?
Should i make a joint of it?
