    Yes of course cardio is more effective exercise for my health. It is not only good for the heart health but also go to improve my fitness level, body strength, and body stamina. I always focus more on cardio exercises for my health and fitness purposes.

    I do exercise regularly. I do exercise 5 days a week. I don't go to gym exercises, I do only cardio exercises such as jogging, running, cycling, push ups, pull ups, and sits ups at my home or at ground.

    I my opinion we should also take eggs, chicken, meat, fish, and all dairy products along with vegetarian foods to make our diet more healthy and balanced. The use of these foods is also necessary to maintain the health and get better diet benefits.

    To stop the hair fall and get healthy hair you should: Use some herbal oils specially coconut oil, almond oil or dabur amal oil to get stop the hair fall. Use herbal shampoo instead of chemical shampoo. Avoid all cosmetic products. Eat calcium foods.
