Gelcaps are best if you can get them. Short of that you can always dissolve it in water. This stuff tastes awful, so I always go with the least amount of water required (less than a shot) and shoot it straight back into my belly with a tasty chaser. Don't snort 2c's. It just isn't worth it.- gartogg

I am currently on my second round of quitting caffeine. The first time through, eleven years ago, was brutal. I experienced severe headaches, I could barely move for three days. I have taken psychedelics at amusement parks in the past. It is a lot of fun, as long as you are able to get away when you need to.
