You might be talking about the original "nightmares" which would explain why you begin in your bed. These nightmares are when you wake up in REM sleep, paralyzed and still dreaming. Your chest feels heavy and you can imagine anything, usually negative with the realization that you're not able...

For sure, but not just merely the house, but society we live in. Its so un-natural, it makes me sick. I could post a longer rage story on this, but its my first time on this board and i'd like to explore more ;)
