That about sums it all up -- life is complex and we have to come to grips with that. Good thing, though, that we were built with imagination. Art seems more and more important as I grow older.

In the big picture, there is everything. In our reality, there is nothingness. We usually focus on nothingness, because everything is .. obviously a bit much, and hardly matters.

That's because, quite simply, free will is an illusion.

You seem to be one of the "wise" here on Psychonaut.com. Have you experienced, aside from psychedelic death, death? They're similar, and I believe they're about the same. The difference, of course, is that you come back 1.2 seconds later with ego death.

Argument aside, good post. I think the reason is because experience is far superior than any book. I also think that the aging process is important, as is death, in order to grain greater understanding. I don't believe in death, only birth. Death isn't scary, you just think it is. The ego...

Thanks! I try to stay away from being so symmetrical when making fractals. It's all about the texture, blurs, lighting, colours, etc. I edit my fractals from Apophysis to Photoshop, to make them come alive.
