    To be honest, the idea of drinking cough syrup to get high is pretty faggotish. Although I did do it once just to have a go, but it was rather shite. If you wanted to get high without buying stuff from dealers, then why dont you get some cactus or aya if they are legal to buy in Israel?

    The worst thing I've snorted was amphetamine-cut MDMA. That made me nearly sick. It is a quicker come up, and you don't need as much, but it doesn't last as long as orally. There shouldn't be any damage if you only do it on occasion.

    I think 3g rue, but am not sure with extracted dmt. When I did ayahuasca, i just eyeballed a dose of rue, which a mate said would be ok. Ate that and drank mimosa tea over the course of the night. I redosed mimosa but not rue.
