Mushroom Ban In Holland
Hey peeps just a quick question, although theres been no official announcements would the shroom ban also ban spores or only growkits? could do with knowing asap so i can be prepared for this aweful abdomination that is taking place. Thanks -

I was. :rolleyes: As soon as i saw them pins i started fanning 2-3 times a day and also occasionally used a sprayer to spray water over the top of the kit (not directly at the substrate) so it would lightly fall onto it, just to stop it drying out. In total i harvested 185 grams fresh... -

Blue dots on my fungus cake?
hey mate, i also have one or two blueish dots on my grow box, i researched it and its more than likely bruising just like when you touch a mushroom it turns blue. i dunno if wer allowed to do this but this is a link that i found showing what blue mold (and most other molds) would look like... -

hey again guys, this morning (10 days after first soak) loads of really tiny pins have started to show up accompanied by loads of tiny pointed up strands of mycelium, would i be right in starting to fan now? ps i cant take a picture of them due to my camera not being able to focus in on them... -

alright cool, thanks god for your patience and understanding, and canna there was quite alot of water up the insides of the bag but like i said above you cant see it because of the way the light is reflecting onto the fish tank, its just a poor quality photo so please excuse any confusion i... -

lol there is a bag there, i think its just the way the lights shining on the photo! youv given me my answer though, i shouldv fanned it (i wasnt using the fish tank as a terrarium) thanks for your help, i can see im gunna enjoy using this forum :lol: -

nooo sorry, i shouldv explained better my bad, i didnt take it out of the bag to fruit, i had it fruiting in the bag, but i had put the bag inside of the fish tank (right from the start) just to protect it from getting any holes in or damaging the bag in some way, if you get me? -

ok now im confused, i had the colonised box of substrate in the air filter bag which i had sealed with the two paper clips.(just like it says in the instructions it came with) i wouldnt have thought anything on the outside of the bag would have affected anything? :? -

i put the growbox inside the bag which i left closed the whole time (there was actually a fair bit of water on the inside of the bag) and i put it into a clear sterilised fish tank i found, without the lid on, i only put it in the fish tank so that i didnt damage the bag and just basically used... -
