Need advice on first time ayahu
Just got 20 grams each of both the bark and the leaves.. psy... and barna... dont have the names down.. but anyway, the instructions said to boil down both then mix them??- do they melt into the boiling water?- and also, how much water do you put?- need advice...- ramdass7
