Agar Medium sterilization
I have 3 agar plates.. with solid medium. Do you think i can sterilize it in the pressure cooker? I've seen a movie where it says that you have to sterilize the agar whil it is LIQUID. but my agar is solid.. what do you think? Will the agar still be fine? -
Sprouted Seeds - enough?
