it's really not that difficult, u just stop smoking tobacco and when u feel "bad" or whatever u wanna cal it ( in need for nicotine ) u smoke a spliff , BUT a pure pot spliff ! dont add tobacco !!! it's poison - this will defintely work - and it will help u tru the first weeks , soon u ll...- fuck
