Things you should do during trip.
eat healty for a couple of days. go to bed early so that you are fully rested when you go tripping. THIS IS IMPORTANT tripping is the best on a summer afternoon/evening and the best thing to do is walking with a group in a forest. for me then :D- Tunnelvision

i can only speak for myself, but yes on a high dose of shrooms i got a vision of a green laserlike grid that was forming a tunnel around me and after that i got very clear visions of a jungle/forest/plants growing around me very fast- Tunnelvision
