Me and my mate thought it be nice to do mushrooms and ephedra together. We kinda planned it for wensday, i dont think it be a bad combo but you never know so i thought i'd better check. Anyone tried it? was it pleasant or did it mess up ur trip ? -

Getting your ganja abroad
or you could just buy some in the uk. When i visited london i found it fairly easy to buy some marijuana. Just go clubbing your bound to run into a guy selling it.- Cemtex

L-Tryptophan with b6 vitamine
The tablets made by smartchoice contain not only l-tryptophan, but also 10mg vitamine b6. I googled the b6 vitamine and its only supposed to work proper combined with b11 and b12. So anyone any ideas on why they added the b6 ?- Cemtex
