    it used to be quite bad where i live, if you were caught with an ounce you could expect 3-4 months prison in the 80's. now you can smoke in the street if you arent too obvious about it, the police arent interested. unfortunately thats because the place is flooded with heroin. the police here...

    i dont think anybody would be sure from the photos. try looking again at dawn or when theres been some rain, maybe you can find a live specimine. or you could attempt to rehydrate one by soaking it, it may regain some of its features

    the leaves will start to droop, maybe start to burn also at the tips/edges. youll be able to tell something is going wrong. the temperature of the soil is the importaint thing, the leaves will just transpire more to keep cool but the roots are unable to cool themselves

    who will pay for all the sunblock? its not cheap! do you know the energy efficient bulbs? they are very cheap to run and last for years. they cost 1-2 euro each. you shouldnt be using anything else in the house IMO not bad for growing and very little heat
