    For my first salvia trips I got a 20X extract and didn't use a scale. I also didn't have a sitter, but spent all my experiences either sitting or lying down in my bed, with a minimum of light around. There wasn't the slightest impulse to get up and walk around.

I can definitely sense the authors are well aware of Stan Grof's work. edit: I've actually seen that website before, and in 2008 even spoke about it with Thomas Roberts...
