I would imagine it's piracetam, though I haven't tried it yet, plan to order soon. Other than that, all the ingredients in choline cocktail II seem to do the trick with memory improvements. Like you said, piracetam is best combined with choline so you don't run out of choline reserves.- tregar

I think taking 5-HTP for a couple days before an experience is ok as well if you want (just not necessary), just not the "day of the experience", as the 5-HTP can damper the experience some-what if taken the same day, anyhow, that's what I've discovered.
