I have to wash them? I am not very experienced with growing ( just eating them :-) ) but why do I have to wash them? they have started drying already. should I wash them anyway? thanx again for your support SMILE!- smile

to much air?
well, I would try to cover the holes. mine werent growing at the beginning. I think it was because I let to much air in and the humidity didnt stay in. when I covered almost the hole cake, I could watch them growing. SMILE!- smile

I AM SO EXCITED!! just harvested my first homegrown magic mushrooms! after I picked them the end of the stalk turned blue/greenish. is that normal? now I have put them on a paper and covered it with another one. is that how you dry them? UHH I CANNOT WAIT TO TASTE THEM!! SMILE!- smile

thanx for your advice! well, light is coming in, I checked temperature and humidity. everything seems alright but they still not growing on the top. anyway the growing rapidly from the side of the box now and I hope that they are enough to give me a nice pleasant high! how should I harvest...- smile

Hello! Something is going wrong with my grow kit. 12 days past since I put it into the water and there are no shrooms growing yet on the original "growing stuff". there are 3 or 4 growing on the side of the box but they coming from the bottom of the box and not on the original "growing stuff"...- smile
