    Thanks,, but again, this may be a dumb question,, but what s the difference between cooking the two substances and Boiling them?? - dont I place both substances in water... on heat? - isnt cooking the same as boiling?- what do you mean by cooking both of them? I just cant get the picture...

    Yes, the instructions were pretty general... no real measurements,, just instructed to boil it - and reboil it... but do i down the leaves and bark as well?- or just the liquid in a cup?? - please advise... yes, ill be doing this with just another person in a private setting,,, ive done...
