I thought the max. capacity really is hard to determine for yourself, it's all about habits, weight, combination and if you re fit or not, If you have had a hard days work and didnt eat alot i would stop at 500 mg :P but I think you can OD at 1 gram or something, sometimes its the additives that...

yeah its off course different for everyone, Ive seen people take 50 mg(me) and they go on a magical tour, but a friend once took 500mg on a night and hes still alive :p start small is the best advice i guess.

I ve been smoking weed for over 7 years now and I enjoy smoking it with tobacco most, mainly because the taste isnt that sharp when mixed, I own several bongs, but I dont like using them, never tried a vaporiser but after reading these posts I am more curious about that :P
