It depends on where you are doing your Ayahuasca retreat. More traditional/shamanic ceremonies won't directly relate to any Christian practices; however, there are a few Ayahuasca churches now that base their practices in Christianity.

I would include any anti-depressant with this. Definitely a risk for serotonin syndrome. You also need to be careful when using it post-MDMA. Taking it too soon could also be a risk for SS.
