High proof alcohol would not dilute it any more or less than the same quantity of water. However, alcohol would clean the tongue to aid absorption.- flugelhorn

Reduce tincture burn without diluting?
Anyone got any answers or suggestions to this one? I made some tincture and it tastes really foul and burns the tongue, which is no way to start a voyage. It would be a waste to throw out such powerful stuff.- flugelhorn
