We made "tea" by boiling crushed nuts in water hard and by doing quick filtration to the boiling mess, so that we end to an oily water... that "tea" was then drank down when it still remained relatively hot (so that oils didn't get too cold and were still volatile). Approx 12 nuts were boiled...- Eduard
