Judge Troch from Dendermonde (Flanders, Belgium) has sentenced 6 cannabis growers to jail. Shame... yeah, for sure. But I can't say it's very surprising. However... what did surprise me was the fact that judge Troch still used the medieval 'Stepping Stone' theory for pointing out the dangers...
