A new friend of mine from galway, Ireland, explained to me that in his town, they can freely buy cannabis, extasy or LSD in smart shops and coffee shops. I can't find anything about this on the Internet.

He also told me about "Nirvana" head shop. And about a smart shop but I can't remember the name right now.

I think he doesn't make the difference between classical drugs and legal highs, but even his girlfriend told me about being able to buy all sort of weeds there.

seems like before this three strike rule people caught with weed only got a cation but i dont think that applied to any other drugs. maybe he is unsure about the laws.
