Lucid Dreaming

I've heard of people trying things in order to lucid dream. I have been doing this for ages and I didn't know it was anything special until my boyfriend explained he was trying to do it and I read it was something some had trouble doing. I'm wondering if anyone else does this naturally and wondering why I can do it like it's nothing...

I wish I could do it naturally, you're pretty lucky! I did manage to do it quite a few times but it was never something that I perfected. I guess you're one of the lucky ones that can do it naturally

it come naturally for me at times. the power over my dreams tends to fluctuate though on several timescales, some days are better than others, some months are better than others, etc...
